A note about shipping costs: 
To keep things simple, we use flat rate shipping. If your order ends up significantly exceeding our flat rate, we may reach out with an invoice for the difference -- this helps us keep our proverbial lights on since we're a small biz and can't abord all extra costs (yet!). If your order is well under the flat rate, consider adding another item or two to make the most of your shipping! 😉 

Where are the products shipped from? 
Your order is thoughtfully (and excitedly!) packaged and shipped from our home studio in Maryland, USA.

What is the return policy?
to inquire about returns, please email the shop at smile@thecheerychickadee.com. All custom products are final sale.
